DESCRIPTION OF WATER PRESSURE PUMP
The pressure pump equipment is a combination of compressed air and chemical mixing systems installed at suitable locations after assessment. Control units are also installed near the most frequently used areas.
Water supply and compressed air lines are determined and installed from the central equipment station to the usage points. At the usage points, operating control units are installed for operation. Open/close valves are also installed to connect to the water pressure lines during operation.
Flexible pressure hoses are installed at the usage points and can be easily retracted after use, depending on the distance to the cleaning area. The distance between the water supply point and the water spraying point is within 30m.
OPERATING PROCEDURE
The equipment operating process for water and chemical cleaning consists of 3 steps:
